Our Wines
Lindstrom 2021 Russian River Pinot Noir
Very ripe dark red cherry, sugared cranberries and rhubarb aromas mix with root beer spices, with yeasty French bread and savory tarragon, plus just a hint of fresh earthy notes.
On the palate the wine is bright with fresh fruit flavors and white pepper, plus clove and a touch of cinnamon. The toasty oak notes add structure and the fruit continues on nicely
through the finish.
This wine was crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the Green Valley area of Russian River Valley. Harvested in mid-September 2021, the wine was whole-berry fermented and kept on
skins for about 10 days, then gently pressed and transferred to French oak barrels for 15 months prior to bottling without fining or filtration in December 2022.
